In short: trading futures can lose you more than you put in. DC TradeLab sells analysis software — it does not trade for you, does not advise you and does not manage money. The instruments show you what the order flow actually did, so you can read the market with structure rather than with an opinion; every decision that follows is yours. This site publishes no win rate, no expectancy, no equity curve and no profit figure, for any product, in any form.

Futures and forex trading contains substantial risk and is not for every investor. An investor could potentially lose all or more than the initial investment. Risk capital is money that can be lost without jeopardizing ones’ financial security or life style. Only risk capital should be used for trading and only those with sufficient risk capital should consider trading. Past performance is not necessarily indicative of future results.
DC TradeLab does not sell forex tools; the paragraph above is reproduced in full and unaltered because it is standard industry disclosure text, and shortening standard text is how meaning quietly changes.
Every product on this site is analysis software that runs on your own computer, inside your own copy of the NinjaTrader 8 platform, using your own market data.
Indicators that draw what happened in the order flow, a copier that duplicates your own orders across your own accounts, and a Telegram assistant that writes market commentary you can question.
Not investment advice. Not a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Not a signal service. Not a managed account, and not a system that decides anything on your behalf. No tool sold here predicts prices.
Order-flow interpretation is opinion, not fact. When a page here says a level was “defended” or that size was “absorbed”, that is a reading of the data, not an observation about who was in the market or why. Reasonable traders read the same chart differently.
Standard wording, reproduced in full. It applies to any simulated result — including one you produce yourself in a backtest.
Hypothetical performance results have many inherent limitations, some of which are described below. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown; in fact, there are frequently sharp differences between hypothetical performance results and the actual results subsequently achieved by any particular trading program. One of the limitations of hypothetical performance results is that they are generally prepared with the benefit of hindsight. In addition, hypothetical trading does not involve financial risk, and no hypothetical trading record can completely account for the impact of financial risk of actual trading. for example, the ability to withstand losses or to adhere to a particular trading program in spite of trading losses are material points which can also adversely affect actual trading results. There are numerous other factors related to the markets in general or to the implementation of any specific trading program which cannot be fully accounted for in the preparation of hypothetical performance results and all which can adversely affect trading results.
These results are based on simulated or hypothetical performance results that have certain inherent limitations. Unlike the results shown in an actual performance record, these results do not represent actual trading. Also, because these trades have not actually been executed, these results may have under-or over-compensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors, such as lack of liquidity. Simulated or hypothetical trading programs in general are also subject to the fact that they are designed with the benefit of hindsight. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to these being shown.
This is the statement set out at 17 CFR 4.41(b)(1)(i). It is reproduced here because it is the recognised standard wording for simulated results, not as a statement about DC TradeLab’s regulatory status, which this page does not assert either way.
This site publishes no win rate, no expectancy, no equity curve and no profit figure, for any product, in any form. These are analysis instruments: they show you what the order flow did, and every decision that follows is yours.
What they give you instead is structure. An objective level, drawn by the market rather than by an opinion. The context around it — the session, the size that traded, what the profile was doing at the time. And the discipline of seeing your confluence line up before you act, rather than after.
Any figure we could publish would come from a historical simulation on recorded data, not from a traded account. A simulation is read with hindsight, pays no commission and never misses a fill — and a number lifted out of its paragraph, by a search engine or by an AI assistant, carries none of that with it. NinjaTrader's vendor guidelines are stricter still: published performance has to carry entry price, exit price, timestamp, contract count and direction, and be refreshed every ninety days.
Backtest anything you intend to trade, on your own instrument, your own timeframe and your own costs. That is the only measurement that is about you.
The software reads the market and draws it. Four things it deliberately leaves to you.
No return figure, no account balance, no equity curve and no profit-and-loss number is published anywhere on this site, in any form, including inside images.
There is no traded track record for any product sold here. Nothing on this site is a record of actual trading.
Nothing here is a prediction. What the order flow did at a level is information about the past; what the next trade does is not in it.
Your instrument, your session, your bracket, your costs and your own confluence decide the outcome. No indicator can know any of them, which is why none of them decides for you.
Read the tool, then test it. Every product page describes what the indicator draws and how it decides to draw it, so you can judge it before you buy and measure it yourself afterwards on your own data.
DC TradeLab publishes no testimonials, no reviews and no star ratings, because there are none. No review markup appears in this site’s structured data. If testimonials appear here in future, the following will accompany them, and any testimonial that has been paid for will be disclosed as paid.
Testimonials appearing on this website may not be representative of other clients or customers and is not a guarantee of future performance or success.
DC Market Agent writes market commentary and answers questions about it. It places no orders, connects to no broker and has no access to any trading account.
Anything it says about a level, a scenario or a setup is commentary and opinion, not a recommendation and not a signal. It gives both sides of a scenario by design rather than a directional call. Treat any trade it discusses as hypothetical.
This presentation is for educational purposes only and the opinions expressed are those of the presenter only. All trades presented should be considered hypothetical and should not be expected to be replicated in a live trading account.
DC Copier copies your own trades across your own accounts. It is not built for, and must not be used for, trading on behalf of anyone else. Copying or managing another person’s account is a regulated activity in most jurisdictions and is outside what this product is for.
Automated order replication carries its own failure modes on top of ordinary trading risk: a broker connection can drop mid-position, an order can be rejected on one account and filled on another, latency differs between accounts, and a fill you did not intend can be duplicated as faithfully as one you did. The software has guards for these situations and they are described plainly on its product page, including a defect that was found and fixed. Guards reduce exposure; they do not remove it. You remain responsible for every order placed on every account you connect.
If you trade a funded or evaluation account, that firm’s rules govern what you may do — not this site, and not this software.
Whether copying between your own accounts is permitted, how trailing drawdown is calculated, what happens on a rule breach: each firm sets those, publishes them itself, and changes them without notice. DC TradeLab does not paraphrase any firm’s rules, does not monitor them for you, and no tool sold here keeps an account compliant. Read your firm’s current terms at the source before you rely on anything.
These tools read the data your platform gives them. That data has limits, and so do they.
Order-flow indicators need volumetric bid/ask data. Historical bars need Tick Replay enabled and reloaded. A gap, a disconnect or a missing tick changes what is drawn.
What a chart showed in real time and what it shows after a reload are not always identical, because the underlying data is reconstructed differently.
Ours included. One is documented on the copier page. Test on a simulated account before risking money, and keep testing after every update.
The software is provided without any warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular trading purpose. Statutory rights that apply to you as a consumer are not affected by this.
